Party Rock-n-Walk

Party Walk is in the House!

Dear J. Henry Cochran Elementary Parents and Guardians,

We are excited to announce the Spring 2013 Walk-A-Thon, “Party Rock-n-Walk.” The Cochran School Association receives 100% of the revenue from this fundraiser. Proceeds from “Party Rock-n-Walk” will go toward our student assemblies, field trips and many other wonderful programs and experiences for our children.

 What:              2013 Walk-a-thon, “Party Rock-n-Walk!”

 When:             Friday, May 3, 2013

 Prizes:           Top Fundraising Classes will have the opportunity to win one of the following Class Party Prize Packs:

·       1st place – Pizza Palooza (pizza & dance party)

·       2nd place – Movie Mania (movie & popcorn)

·       3rd place             – Bedtime Stories (pj’s, cookies, milk & story)

·       4th place – Brain Freeze (ice cream cake piñata party)

Each student who raises $20 or more will be entered to win a
chance to duct tape or throw a pie at Mr. Michaels!

Important Instructions:

           

1.     Obtain friends and family members to sponsor your child.

2.     Fill out the attached sponsor sheet and collect money. Accept cash or checks, with all checks made payable to “Cochran School Association.”

3.     Write your child’s first and last name on his or her Sponsor sheet and envelope.

4.     Please return envelope and sponsor sheet with donation money enclosed, by Friday, May 3, 2013.
